THE ROLE
The Solution Architect is responsible for designing, architecting, and delivering scalable, secure, and business-aligned technology solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, and AI-enabled platforms. This role requires strong technical depth, continuous learning, especially in AI and cloud technologies and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset to translate business needs into sustainable solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Design and architect end-to-end solutions using Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, and integration services, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and governance.
Apply AI and automation capabilities (e.g., Azure AI, RAG patterns, intelligent search, MCP, and A2A patterns) to solve complex business problems and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, delivery teams, Infrastructure, DevSecOps, Information Security, and the Enterprise Architecture Review Board to understand requirements and convert them into scalable, secure technical designs.
Take full ownership of solution design-from concept and architecture through implementation and post-deployment optimization.
Proactively identify risks, limitations, and improvement opportunities, taking initiative to address issues before they impact delivery.
Maintain a positive, team-first attitude, actively supporting peers and contributing beyond assigned responsibilities when needed.
