Job Description:Design the solution architecture end-to-end, follow enterprise architecture guidelines, work primarily within projects/products. Lead on project blueprints and design specifications.
Marketing Technology Platform KnowledgeSupport architecture across marketing technology ecosystems, including:
- Customer Personalization Platforms
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Salesforce Data Cloud
- Concept of Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
- Campaign Management Platforms
- Digital Channels Integration
- Digital Asset Management System
- Consent & Preference Management
- Marketing Analytics Platforms
- AI/GenAI-enabled Marketing Capabilities
Data & Integration Architecture- Design integrations between marketing platforms and enterprise systems.
- Define API-first and event-driven architecture patterns.
- Establish data-sharing strategies across platforms.
- Support real-time, near real-time, and batch integration patterns.
- Design customer data synchronization approaches across channels and platforms.
- Ensure data lineage, governance, and quality requirements are incorporated into solution designs.
AI & Emerging Technology Enablement- Assess AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI opportunities within marketing use cases.
- Architect AI-powered customer engagement and personalization solutions.
- Support integration of enterprise-approved LLM platforms into marketing workflows.
- Evaluate vendor capabilities and emerging technologies for strategic fit.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, regulatory, and enterprise governance standards.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION- Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
- Graduate degree, preferred
- 7+ years relevant experience
