Responsibilities- Meeting with the software design team to discuss test-ability and verification methods.
- Identifying software application weaknesses and target areas.
- Sketching out ideas for automated software test procedures.
- Reviewing software bug reports and highlighting problem areas.Writing automation scripts and implementing software applications.
- Troubleshooting automation software and finalizing system procedures.
- Identifying quality issues and creating test reports.
- Collaborating with the development team to solve application faults.
- Planning testschedules or strategies inaccordance withproject scopeor deliverydates.
- Creating andmaintaining companydocumentation, such asquality manualsandqualityprocedures.
- Engaging all team members withinKlir in quality improvements and testing.
RequirementsEssential:- Minimum 3 years ofexperience in a Software QA role
- Expertise in principles and methods for software testing
- Test-driven development (TDD) practices
- Customer advocacy and customer focus
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Test result & root-cause analysis
- Experience in anearly-stage start up or proventrack recordoperating in earliest stagesof a product.
- Work in GMT -4 timezone hours
Desirable:- Proficiency with automation tools like Selenium, Playrightand Testproject.io
- Proficiency with test management tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA
- Experience navigating and understanding code, using softwarelanguages like C# and Javascript
- Experience writing SQL queries and working with database systems
