Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on **Full Stack Developer** with strong expertise in **Node.js, React.js, AWS Serverless, Microservices, and Cloud-Native Development**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications, building secure APIs, implementing modern cloud-native solutions on AWS, and collaborating with architects, technical leads, and product teams in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop backend services using **Node.js, Express.js, and Microservices Architecture**.
- Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications using **React.js, Redux, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3**.
- Develop, maintain, and secure **RESTful APIs** and system integrations.
- Create and deploy **serverless applications** leveraging AWS services.
- Implement **event-driven architectures** using Kafka and other messaging platforms.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
- Support and enhance **CI/CD pipelines**, automated deployments, and DevOps initiatives.
- Troubleshoot production issues and participate in incident management and resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps engineers.
- Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices across teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong experience in **AWS Serverless and Cloud-Native Application Development**.
- Experience building and supporting **high-volume transactional and distributed systems**.
- Knowledge of modern security frameworks and authentication mechanisms, including:
- Experience working in **Agile/Scrum** environments.
- AWS certifications such as:
- AWS Certified Developer Associate
- AWS Solutions Architect Associate
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a **Full Stack Developer** with proven experience in **Node.js, React.js, AWS Lambda, Microservices, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices**. They should have a strong understanding of scalable cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and modern development methodologies while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative Agile environment.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $68,911 to $161,544
