Technical responsibilities include AWS cloud-native software design, development, integration, testing, and operational maintenance of highly available, enterprise-level services. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week, normal day shift) at a Government or contractor facility in the Fort Meade, MD area.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in computer engineering or a related computer engineering or computer science discipline plus 5 years of software engineering experience. An additional 4 years of software engineering experience may be substituted for the degree (9 years total). Candidates with 3 years of software engineering experience and a degree (or 7 years without a degree) will also be considered.
2 years of work experience in the SIGINT, IA, or IT domains
Preferred Qualifications
High level of proficiency and skill with Java and JavaScript software development
Experience with AWS native development, including Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and IAM roles/permissions/SCPs
Experience with Terraform and/or infrastructure-as-code
Familiar with Linux environments
Skilled at building robust, scalable, secure, and high-performance applications
Ability to write unit test cases using JUnit/Mock testing frameworks
Experienced with automated builds using GitLab Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
PKI encryption and authentication
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
Security Clearance
Active Top Secret clearance with a Polygraph
