What You’ll Be Doing
This position requires an experienced .NET C# Developer with a strong focus on backend development for B2B integrations. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and maintain systems that extract data from SQL Server databases and update customer web platforms via RESTful and SOAP APIs. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for an individual who thrives on solving complex challenges and has a passion for clean, efficient code.

Min CompensationUSD $100,000.00/Yr.

Responsibilities
- Develops, maintains, and optimizes backend systems and services using .NET technologies
- Builds and consumes RESTful and SOAP APIs for seamless integration with customer platforms
- Writes efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to extract and manipulate data from SQL Server
- Ensures code quality and maintainability through unit testing and automated testing frameworks
- Performs code reviews and optimizes performance for scalable and reliable systems
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements
- Participates in Agile processes, including task breakdown, estimation, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Documents system design, processes, and integration details to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing
- Troubleshoots and resolves issues in production and non-production environments
- Completes assigned tasks in a safe, accurate, thorough, and alert manner
- Upholds Company policies and procedures
- Works in a professional manner with managers, supervisors, coworkers, customers, and the public
- Other related job duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core/Framework
- Experience with ASP.NET Web API for building robust backend services
- In-depth knowledge of RESTful API principles and SOAP-based services
- Proficient in T-SQL, with experience writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization in SQL Server
- Familiarity with Git version control and modern CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Strong focus on writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality work
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including advanced skills in Excel (Pivot tables, Vlookup, Macros, If Statements, Formulas)
- Ability to coordinate, contribute to and work within a cross-functional team
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Able to prioritize duties and manage multiple projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
- Must possess the ability to take initiative to complete assignments and job responsibilities with minimal supervision
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in .NET C# development
- Experience working on B2B integration projects
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is a plus
- Previous experience in HVAC Industry or other service business preferred
Physical Requirements
- Continuously able to work in office environment
- Continuously able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine, telephone, and computer printer
- Continuously able to sit at a computer for up to 8 hours
- Able to alternate between sitting and standing, as needed throughout the day
- Occasionally able to lift up to 15 lbs.

- Occasionally requires walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, kneeling, pushing/pulling, bending, and crouching
