Role: Snowflake Architect
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Experience Range: 7-10 years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or cloud data platforms, with at least 4 years specifically in hands-on Snowflake architecture and implementation
Key Responsibilities:
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance data architecture and data models using Snowflake
Develop and implement robust ETL and ELT pipelines and data integration strategies leveraging modern data platform tools
Optimize query performance, resource utilization, and Snowflake costs through advanced tuning techniques
Ensure data security, governance, and access control compliance within Snowflake and across cloud environments
Integrate Snowflake with AWS, Azure, or GCP platforms for seamless cloud data operations
Provide technical leadership to data engineering teams, establishing best practices and standards
Implement and manage Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, and Dynamic Tables for real-time and batch data processing
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions
