OverviewWe are seeking an SMA Implementation Analyst to support the continued growth of our $7.4 billion Custom SMA platform. This role sits within the SMA Portfolio Implementation team based in Charlotte, NC and focuses on building and maintaining efficient, scalable, and risk-aware portfolio implementation processes across a growing direct indexing platform.
This role sits at the center of that growth. You will support a platform that is actively scaling-where the decisions you make and the processes you help shape will directly influence how the business evolves. Your work will have immediate impact, with clear line of sight into both results and outcomes.
At the same time, there is a robust pipeline of strategic initiatives underway to further enhance the platform. These include advancements in portfolio management capabilities, implementation workflows, and the tools used by both clients and internal teams. You will have the opportunity to contribute to these efforts and help drive the next phase of platform development.
The team operates with an entrepreneurial mindset. We encourage new ideas and expect individuals to take initiative in driving improvements. Whether refining workflows, contributing to product enhancements, or helping scale operations, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
This role offers a unique blend of hands-on portfolio implementation and broader platform development work-providing exposure to both day-to-day execution and longer-term strategic growth within one of the firm's most rapidly evolving areas.
We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week.
