You'll work side by side with Norfolk Medical Products President, who leads strategy, product direction, and key customer and distributor relationships. Together, you'll grow the business, shape the product roadmap, and find new opportunities. You'll report into Movora senior management and have the support of our group teams in finance, quality, supply chain, and systems.
Your first year is a structured transition with clear quarterly milestones. The focus is learning and documenting how the business works today, keeping operations steady, and bringing the site into Movora's reporting and systems.

- Own quality, regulatory, health, safety, and environmental compliance, including the Quality Management System, audits, and any regulatory follow up.
- Get to know our products, customers, and how they're used clinically, and work with the President on the product roadmap and new business opportunities.
- Partner with the President on commercial performance by leading customer service and order to cash, supporting pricing and key accounts, and managing customer and distributor agreements.
- Lead, hire, and develop a strong team that's accountable and aligned with Movora's leadership and values.
- Build and manage the annual budget, run finance operations during the transition, and help move them into Movora's central finance team.
- Oversee facilities, IT, and HR administration at first, and work with our central teams on how and when to bring those together.
- Help wind down a smaller product line, making sure customers, regulatory requirements, inventory, and people are handled with care.
- Manage clinical consultant and royalty agreements.
- Lead the transition year by capturing and documenting the knowledge that keeps the business running.
Requirements
What you'll bring- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Solid experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, biotech, or similar manufacturing, including at least 7 years in a leadership role. Veterinary product manufacturing experience is a big plus.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience running finance operations like order to cash, payables, and budgeting, and bringing them into a larger company's central teams.
- A track record of leading teams, managing budgets, and delivering efficiency, profitability, and commercial results.
- Experience leading a business through an acquisition integration or ownership transition is a strong advantage, especially moving finance, IT, and HR into group functions.
- Working knowledge of high speed packaging lines, industrial chemical manufacturing, inventory control, logistics, and distribution.
You'll thrive here if you- Bring energy and drive, and know how to get a team excited about the work.
- Communicate clearly and can build credibility with customers, distributors, and veterinary professionals.
- Are curious about products and how they're used, and can turn what you hear from customers and the floor into growth ideas.
- Stay organized and self-motivated in an entrepreneurial setting where everyone wears a few hats.
