Full Job Description
The Manager, Site Experience & Operations is responsible for lead driving conversion across the digital ecosystem (site and key channels) to create a cohesive consumer journey that optimizes site engagement, product discovery, TM Rewards sign ups, conversion, and overall consumer experience. This individual will lead the process of creating a best-in-class digital testing through data, ecommerce best practice, cross-channel alignment, and consumer expertise. Additionally, Manager, CRO is responsible is responsible for driving and optimizing the personalization program for Travismathew.com and Travismathew.ca. S/he will serve as the CRO subject matter expert and collaborate cross functionally to improve the conversion rate and Net Promoter Score. This individual will create and execute the testing, personalization, and optimization strategies for the ecommerce business, and partnering with eCommerce leadership to ensure successful implementation, optimization, and reporting. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead and plan short and long-term strategy and execution of Travismathew.com site experience, testing, and operations to drive the eCommerce business while ensuring a best-in-class customer experience • Manage the ecommerce product set up strategy and launch process for TravisMathew to ensure products maintain a strategic hierarchy based on mix of business, inventory, and brand priorities • Partner cross-functionally with Digital Product, Callaway Digital, and vendor /agencies to ensure clear swim lanes and built out Flywheel process to unlock full site potential • Develop and manage active A/B and multivariate tests and personalized ecommerce experiences in 3rd party platforms (Dynamic Yield, Optimizely) • Manage and maintain the A/B testing roadmap for Travismathew.com and Travismathew.ca • Manage 3rd party relationships (i.e. Rebuy, Dynamic Yield, TrueFit, Hotjar, Qualtrics, Bazaarvoice, etc) and ensure optimization of tools / vendor to serve consumers and drive the business • Analyze data for tests and experiences from Google Analytics and 3rd party platforms, report findings and provide recommendations • Analyze website usage and sales data to identify new customer segments to target and identify insights and opportunities • Develop and maintain a holistic testing calendar and partner on sprint planning process as well as, promotional and product activation calendar for eCommerce team visibility and cross-functional alignment • Oversee the operational execution of seasonal product launches, promotional events, homepage refreshes, and campaign go-live checklists to ensure all launches are executed accurately and on schedule. • Develop best practices to drive a streamlined process while working with the Creative & Development team to grow the quality and breadth of assets, features, and functionalities • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of on eCommerce trends, best practices, and future opportunities including sites, testing tools and applications from key competitors and industry leaders • Inspire, mentor, and motivate a site experience and operations team; foster the growth and continued development of team TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities) • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) • Proficient in analytics (i.e., Google and / or Adobe Analytics) • Proficient in Google suite (i.e., sheets, slides, docs, gmail) • Proficient in of CSS/HTML, preferred • Ability to conceptualize, develop and implement new plans / strategies • Ability to drive, influence and collaborate across numerous functional areas • Ability to manage and mentor a team • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong analytical skills with the ability to efficiently distill complex information into strategic actionable recommendations • Strong communication and decision-making abilities • Strong organization, attention to detail and follow-up skills • Strong presentation skills with the ability to lead large meetings with confidence • Strong time management skills EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Scient, Economics or Marketing • Minimum 3 years’ experience in product management, channel marketing, merchandising or brand activation in consumer durables industry • Minimum 3 years’ experience in front end e-commerce content management tools (Magento, SAP Commerce, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce) • Minimum 5 years’ hands-on optimization / personalization party platform experience (Dynamic Yield, Adobe Target, etc.) PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT (if applicable) • Work is performed in a designated professional office workstation and environment. • Extensive use of office equipment to include computer, calculator, copier, fax, and other business-related machines and software.
