Job DescriptionMission Technologies, a division of HII, is seeking a
SharePoint Solutions Specialist to support a customer mission within a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a highly secure environment. This role focuses on data entry, content organization, and maintaining accuracy and usability across multiple SharePoint channels for our customer.
This position will support operations at a customer site located in Arlington, VA. You will be expected to be onsite 5 days per week.

Essential Job Responsibilities- Improve and reorganize SharePoint sites, Teams channels, and related structures to enhance usability, organization, and overall performance.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and apply SharePoint best practices to meet mission objectives.
- Configure and update SharePoint environments, including structural adjustments and functional enhancements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information by managing data, lists, libraries, and content across multiple SharePoint areas.
- Oversee content quality and consistency, ensuring materials meet customer standards and comply with established guidelines.
- Build and refine document repositories, pages, and site layouts to support efficient information access and storage.
- Provide basic user support for navigating SharePoint and managing content.
- Apply appropriate metadata, tagging, and version-control procedures to maintain organized and traceable documentation.
- Partner with team members to streamline content workflows and strengthen operational efficiency.
- Follow all required security protocols and procedures within the SCIF environment.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support overall mission and team objectives.
Minimum Qualifications- LEVEL 2 - 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.
- LEVEL 3 - 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
- Familiarity with SharePoint (Online or On-Prem) including basic content management tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Must possess an active Secret clearance.
Preferred Requirements• Experience supporting government or DoD programs.
• Basic understanding of content lifecycle management or knowledge management principles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
Physical RequirementsJob performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
