1+ years of relevant experience in MRI imaging.
ARMRIT and/or ARRT (MRI) Certification required within 1 year of hire.
Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in health science or related field preferred.

Full Job Description
Under general supervision, the MRI Technologist performs routine and specialized MRI imaging procedures while providing safe, high-quality care to patients across a variety of settings and age groups.
Perform routine and specialized MRI procedures for patients of all ages and clinical needs.
Select appropriate imaging protocols and technical factors based on patient needs.
Provide safe, compassionate patient care, including positioning and contrast administration according to policy.
Apply knowledge of MRI anatomy, physics, safety, and imaging practices while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Accurately document patient care and imaging procedures in electronic health record systems.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized imaging environment, including supplies and equipment.
Perform required equipment quality control and report equipment or environmental concerns.
Participate in quality improvement, workflow, patient experience, and staff/student education initiatives.
Work Experience Education & Experience - Required
Associate degree, or Certificate, in radiologic technology, or MRI, from a program accredited by an agency recognized by the US Department of Education (USDE) or Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).
