- Assess technical, acquisition, schedule, contracting, and resource activities across multiple programs to identify risks, opportunities, and enterprise leverage points.
- Facilitate collaboration among program offices, engineering teams, operational stakeholders, and industry partners to advance integrated RF capabilities across the portfolio.
- Interface directly with Materiel Leaders/Division Directors, Chief Engineers and other senior-level stakeholders to analyze program requirements and challenges.
- Propose technical solutions for integration into enterprise level analyses and planning processes.
- Develop executive briefings, acquisition strategies, and decision-support products that inform the directorate's Capability Trade Council (CTC) activities and senior leader decision-making.

- Drive enterprise alignment by identifying cross-program dependencies and recommending actionable solutions that accelerate capability delivery to the warfighter.
