Role Overview:We are seeking a ServiceNow S2P Architect with deep expertise in both HRSD and Procurement modules. This role involves handling complex requirements, providing guidance to junior developers, and serving as a crucial link between Solution Architects and development teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive solutions across ServiceNow HRSD and Procurement modules.
- Manage complex requirements and implement custom solutions.
- Translate architectural designs into practical technical implementations.
- Mentor junior developers and perform thorough code reviews.
- Utilize Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and UI Builder/Portal for development.
- Develop robust integrations using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
Required Skills:- Expertise in HRSD (Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Center).
- Proficiency in Procurement / Source-to-Pay / Procurement Operations.
- Strong command of Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
- Experience with Service Portal / UI Builder.
- Proficient in JavaScript for ServiceNow scripting.
- Skilled in REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Knowledge of Import Sets and Transform Maps.
- Understanding of ACLs, roles, and security within ServiceNow.
- Ability to perform debugging and performance tuning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to mentor junior developers.
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated quality and ownership mindset.
Qualifications:- 8-10 years of experience.
