What Success Looks Like

- Define integration patterns with security tooling, identity systems, vulnerability scanners, SIEM, threat intelligence, and other enterprise systems in a classified-environment context.
- Own configure-vs-customize decisions and document architecture rationale in a form that can stand up to security review and accreditation.
- Run design workshops and architecture reviews with security, risk, mission, and platform stakeholders.
- Translate business, compliance, and security requirements into ServiceNow platform behavior.
- Guide and review the work of developers, analysts, and consultants supporting the engagement.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex ServiceNow design decisions.
