Roofing Service ForemanPasco, WAFlynn Group of Companies $35-50/hr DOEJob Summary: As a Foreman, you are responsible for your crew's production, safety, and quality of work, while also planning day-to-day operations. You will supervise and direct the field crew to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner. You will work alongside your crew each day to install commercial roofing systems including applied Modified Bitumen, EPDM., Heat Welded TPO/PVC Membranes, Tile, Coatings, Metal Roof systems, Sheet Metal and related roof accessories.

Daily Responsibilities- Install commercial roofing systems, including fully-adhered and mechanically fastened single-ply membranes (TPO, EPDM, PVC, etc.)
- Complete and delegate day-to-day activities
- Successfully train and provide support to the team
- Maintain quality installation of all assigned projects
- Complete required documentation, PILL, inspection sheets, safety trainings, crew's time sheets, etc.
- Meet production goals within a given deadline
- Problem-solve and resolve issues that may arise during a project
- Follow and enforce safety standards
Qualifications & Requirements- 3+ years' experience with installation and repairs of flat-roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, and metal roofs)
- Valid Driver's License with a 5-year clean driving record is a requirement
- Ability to perform inspections to determine the root cause of issues (e.g., leak, tear, clog)
- Knowledge of commercial roofing products, can order correct materials, tools, & equipment
- Leadership skills- delegating, time management, quality control, train employees, etc.
- Able to utilize mobile phone apps to document project completion
