About the Service Center Manager Position

  • Lead daily operations and keep your Service Center running at peak performance
  • Analyze performance metrics to spot opportunities and solve challenges
  • Build strong relationships with both customers and internal teams
  • Review revenue trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Partner on sales strategies and help expand your territory
  • Stay ahead of competitor activity and industry trends
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Create and execute sales and marketing action plans
  • Handle safety, compliance, and regulatory standards (DOT, OSHA, EPA, ICC)
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
  • Oversee freight claims and facility maintenance
