Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in front-end and back-end development, modern web technologies, cloud platforms, and software development best practices. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver secure, reliable, and user-friendly web solutions.
Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications and platforms.
- Lead the development of scalable front-end and back-end solutions.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technology selection.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
- Work closely with DevOps teams on deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
- Ensure applications comply with security, accessibility, and performance standards.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in web application development.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong back-end development experience using Node.js, Java, .NET, Python, or PHP.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
- Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Experience implementing web security best practices (OAuth, JWT, OWASP standards).
- Knowledge of serverless architectures and event-driven systems.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and performance optimization.
