Essential Responsibilities & Duties- Lead complex water modelling studies for municipal infrastructure projects
- Oversee development and calibration of models using tools such as Infowater Pro, WaterCAD and related platforms
- Provide technical leadership on master planning, Class Environmental Assessments (EAs), and servicing studies
- Manage project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, regulators, and stakeholders across the GTA (e.g., municipalities, TRCA, CLOCA)
- Mentor and develop junior and intermediate staff, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing
- Review and approve high-quality deliverables including technical reports, modelling documentation, and design recommendations
- Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and strategic pursuits
Minimum Qualifications- Degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in water resources modelling and infrastructure planning
- Professional Engineer designation (P.Eng. in Ontario) or eligibility required
- Advanced expertise in:
- Proficiency in industry-standard modelling software:
- Strong knowledge of GTA municipal standards, Ontario regulations, and conservation authority requirements
- Proven experience leading complex projects and mentoring technical teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications- Experience with climate change modelling, flood mitigation, and resilience planning
- Proficiency with GIS tools (ArcGIS, QGIS) and data analysis platforms
- Established relationships with local GTA municipalities and agencies
- Demonstrated success in client management and business development
