Own the Case. Try the Case. Build Your Practice.
You’ve spent years learning how to litigate. This is an opportunity to join a firm that will actually let you use those skills.
2GO Advisory Group is partnering with an established Walnut Creek civil litigation firm to identify an experienced Senior Trial Attorney who wants meaningful ownership of sophisticated cases, direct client relationships, and genuine courtroom responsibility.
This is not a role where senior litigators spend their time preparing cases for someone else to try.
Attorneys are trusted to develop strategy, take key depositions, argue substantive motions, counsel clients, negotiate resolutions, and take matters through trial when the case calls for it.
For an accomplished California litigator—particularly someone living in the East Bay—this offers an attractive combination: sophisticated litigation, meaningful trial work, senior-level autonomy and a Walnut Creek location.
A True Trial Practice
The firm handles sophisticated and often high-exposure civil litigation throughout California.
Its practice includes matters involving:
Senior attorneys have meaningful responsibility for their clients and cases and work directly with experienced trial lawyers in a collaborative, highly professional environment.
What You'll Do
As a Senior Trial Attorney, you'll independently manage sophisticated civil matters while collaborating with firm leadership on strategy and significant cases.
Responsibilities include:
Who We're Looking For
We're interested in accomplished California litigators who have developed strong litigation fundamentals and are ready to take meaningful ownership of sophisticated matters.
The strongest candidates will bring:
Relevant backgrounds may include general liability, insurance defense, transportation/trucking, catastrophic injury, construction, professional liability, premises/products liability, commercial litigation, or other sophisticated civil litigation.
Federal court experience is a plus.
A portable book of business is welcome but not required.
Why Make a Move?
At this stage of your career, changing firms should offer something meaningful.
Here, it means greater ownership.
You'll work directly with experienced firm leadership, have meaningful responsibility for your clients and cases, and have the opportunity to exercise the courtroom and trial skills you've spent your career developing.
And for attorneys living in the East Bay, the Walnut Creek location provides another advantage: sophisticated California litigation without building your career around a San Francisco commute.
