Senior Tax Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, taxation, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of international tax experience, ideally in a multinational corporation or public accounting firm
• CPA certification preferred
• Hands-on experience with tax technology and compliance software, such as CorpTax, preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data effectively

Responsibilities

• Manage U.S. international components of the worldwide income tax provision process
• Prepare and review international tax calculations including Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, and foreign tax credits
• Review foreign tax packages and support information for audits and tax examinations
• Support preparation of U.S. international tax return workpapers and compliance filings
• Partner with stakeholders for tax-efficient structuring of business operations and strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with regional tax managers for timely and accurate tax filings
• Drive process improvements for international tax compliance and reporting
