Sr. Talent Management Partner in Recruiting
Are you enthusiastic about transforming talent acquisition strategies that drive business growth and organizational success? We are seeking a highly strategic and consultative Senior Talent Management Partner (Recruiting) to lead and execute enterprise-wide talent acquisition initiatives that attract, assess, and secure top talent across a global organization. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition leaders, and recruiting teams, leveraging workforce insights, data analytics, best practices, and process expertise to drive hiring excellence and organizational performance.
The successful candidate will influence key stakeholders, lead and execute recruiting process transformation initiatives, drive data-informed decision making, champion change management efforts, and collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence to enhance talent acquisition effectiveness and efficiency. Combining strategic vision with operational rigor, this role ensures the organization has the talent, processes, and capabilities needed to achieve current and future business objectives.
What You Will Do:
Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders and recruiting teams to identify opportunities and improve recruiting efficiency, effectiveness, and the overall recruiter, hiring manager, and candidate experience.
Lead the design, implementation, and adoption of talent acquisition process improvements that drive consistency, scalability, and operational excellence.
Develop and execute change management strategies to support recruiting initiatives, process enhancements, and technology implementations.
Consult with leaders and HR partners on implementation of selection assessments, addressing and resolving root causes, implementing talent acquisition best practices, selection methodologies, assessment strategies, and hiring decisions.
Leverage recruiting analytics, process metrics, and stakeholder feedback to identify and execute improvement opportunities and measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition programs.
Drive and execute initiatives that improve hiring speed, quality of hire, candidate experience, recruiter productivity, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Evaluate, redesign and test recruiting processes improvement’s both within and outside of the ATS and CRM ecosystem to create seamless, end-to-end hiring experiences and develop training material, job aids, etc.
Support enterprise HR initiatives requiring process design, recruiting compliance, governance, execute and implementation planning, change management, data visibility, and sustainable execution models.
Establish governance practices and process standards that ensure compliance, consistency, and operational effectiveness across recruiting activities globally.
What You Have:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a combination of education and experience.
Progressive experience in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, HR Business Partnering, Organizational Effectiveness, or related talent disciplines.
Proven experience consulting and influencing executive and senior business leaders.
Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide talent strategies, workforce transformation efforts, and organizational change initiatives.
Top Candidates Will Have:
SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent professional HR certification.
Experience supporting large, complex global organizations, including Fortune 500 environments.
Experience with Workday HCM, Talent Marketplace, Talent Intelligence, Talent Management, or related HR technology platforms.
Proficiency in workforce analytics, talent intelligence, and predictive talent planning methodologies.

Monitors and evaluates quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to assess outcomes, identify opportunities, and drive sustainable performance improvements.
Process Management:
Applies advanced knowledge of process improvement methodologies and business optimization techniques to evaluate, redesign, and enhance organizational processes. Leads process diagnosis and value analysis efforts, aligns cross-functional resources, ensures operational effectiveness, and develops compelling business cases supporting process transformation and investment decisions.

The primary location for this position is Irving, TX.
Domestic relocation is available.
This role requires 5 days onsite.

Summary Pay Range:
$128,470.00 - $192,710.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
