Design and implementation of new solutions and improving resilience of the current environment. Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaboration
Manage ongoing feedback loops with learners, partners, enterprises, employees and industry influencers to deliver consumer insights and improve our learner experience and platform services as rapidly and efficiently as possible
Provide guidance to the business function as it relates to our data privacy policies, both today and forward-looking, setting as the industry standard in managing data, management, going beyond legal standards into theory and thought leadership
Work with and coordinate among effected functional executives. Manage and complete the successful implementation of strategic initiatives that enable revenue growth and/or accelerate company profitability and efficiency
Lead integration with other functional departments including service delivery to drive quality of service objectives. Execute on continuous improvement of the existing software applications and architecture. Ensure quality deliverables without fail.
