We offer an opportunity to grow within a global semiconductor organization, gaining exposure to diverse hiring projects and cross-functional collaboration, while working closely with an international talent acquisition team across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
Location: Hybrid/Remote from United States, preferred States: NE, SD, AZ, TX, VT, AP
What you would be doing:- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
- Source and engage candidates through multiple channels
- Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes
- Partner with hiring managers on role requirements and hiring progress
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions
- Ensure positive candidate experience and timely communication
- Participate in regional/global TA projects and cross-border hiring initiatives
- Support recruitment process improvements and TA initiatives
What you will bring along:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3-5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Experience hiring for semiconductors/Electronic component manufacturing industry is a plus
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment channels and social media
- Experience with ATS systems, experience with Workday is a plus
