The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic talent advisor and key driver of the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction, engagement, and hiring of top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. This role partners closely with department leaders and senior management to understand workforce needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance. The ideal candidate is a proactive, consultative, and results-oriented professional with a proven track record of successfully recruiting talent within the engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), or related industries.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
    Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, setting recruitment expectations, identifying hiring challenges, and recommending process improvements. Leverage a variety of sourcing strategies, including digital platforms, networking, referrals, and direct outreach, to engage and attract top talent. Lead regular talent review meetings with hiring leaders and HR partners to assess candidate pipelines, requisition status, and recruitment strategies.
  • Partnership & Collaboration
    Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, HR partners, and external vendors to ensure a seamless, efficient, and credible talent acquisition process.
  • Full Lifecycle Recruitment
    Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including workforce planning, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development, and onboarding, ensuring an exceptional experience for all stakeholders.
  • Candidate Experience
    Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through proactive communication, effective interview coordination, and consultative offer management aligned with company compensation guidelines and policies.
  • Strategic Workforce Planning
    Partner with business leaders to forecast short-term and long-term talent needs, develop hiring plans, and support organizational growth objectives.
  • Proactive Talent Pipelining
    Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and niche positions. Build and maintain talent pipelines through targeted recruitment marketing, talent communities, networking initiatives, and promotion of the company's employee value proposition.
  • Talent Acquisition Excellence
    Drive continuous improvement within the Talent Acquisition function by identifying process enhancements, sharing best practices, staying current on industry trends, and mentoring less experienced team members.
  • Compensation & Offer Strategy
    Collaborate with hiring leaders, HR Business Partners, and Total Rewards teams to develop competitive and equitable compensation packages. Provide guidance on salary recommendations, internal promotions, and employee transfers.
  • Project Leadership
    Lead and participate in strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives and special projects that support business objectives and enhance recruiting effectiveness across the organization.
  • Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Compliance
    Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process while ensuring compliance with federal, state, local, and Affirmative Action requirements. Maintain accurate recruiting records and documentation to support compliance and reporting standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; equivalent combination of education and a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience required, including at least one (1) year supporting recruitment within the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) industry or a related technical environment.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple states and labor markets within the United States required.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), candidate relationship management tools, and sourcing platforms required.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Ability to work onsite at a company office location three (3) to four (4) days per week, as business needs require.
