Senior Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations Specialist to join our team in this newly created role. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Utilize diverse recruitment tools and platforms to build talent pipelines.
- Manage employer branding initiatives to attract diverse, high-caliber talent.
- Oversee and continuously improve the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.
- Track recruitment metrics and recommend enhancements to improve hiring outcomes.
- Ensure a consistent, compliant, and equitable hiring process.
- Deliver an amazing candidate experience throughout the recruiting cycle.
- Stay current on labor market trends and develop proactive strategies to attract and retain talent.
- Manage vendor relationships with staffing agencies and recruitment partners.
Employee Relations- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and policy questions and lead issue resolution.
- Conduct thorough investigations and document outcomes related to workplace issues.
- Provide coaching to managers and employees on performance management and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and HR best practices.
- Analyze employee relations trends and develop strategies to enhance engagement and workplace culture.

Education & Experience- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive human resources experience with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations.
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within manufacturing, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or other regulated environments.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems; ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
Skills & Competencies- Demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices, particularly in recruiting and employee relations.
- Ability to communicate to a wide audience and translate complex human resources issues and concepts into understandable terms.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Proactive, self-directed, and resourceful.
- Curiosity and the ability to learn about Lifecore, our industry, and how our business operates.
- Proven experience coaching and influencing leaders on performance management, corrective action, employee relations matters, and consistent application of company policies and practices.
- Ability to independently manage sensitive employee matters while maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
This is a hybrid role with the opportunity to work remotely 1-2 days per week.
Starting Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 annually with consideration for relevant skills and experience.
