In this critical leadership role, you will provide operational leadership for our warehouse, distribution, and logistics operations. You will lead a warehouse team while ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient movement, storage, and distribution of materials in a highly regulated environment. This position is responsible for driving inventory accuracy, material flow, operational efficiency, import/export compliance, and scalable processes to support Lifecore's continued growth.
As a
Warehouse Manager, you will:
- Lead and develop warehouse and logistics personnel, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee receiving, storage, material movement, and shipping activities across multiple facilities.
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, cGMP requirements, quality systems, SOPs, and applicable shipping regulations.
- Drive inventory accuracy and transaction integrity through effective ERP practices, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation.
- Improve material flow, warehouse processes, and infrastructure to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and support future growth.
- Manage Warehouse SOPs and maintain operations in an audit-ready state.
- Oversee import/export compliance, hazardous shipping, transportation vendors, and freight contracts.
- Partner cross-functionally to proactively resolve inventory, material flow, and operational issues.
This position could be a great fit if you are a strong warehouse and logistics leader with the following:
- BA/BS in Business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years of progressive warehouse, distribution, or logistics management experience.
- Proven experience leading teams and working effectively across functions.
- Experience with ERP systems and inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and warehouse best practices.
- Import/export experience.
- Experience in an FDA-regulated medical device and/or pharmaceutical environment preferred.
- Hazardous shipping and experience with DOT regulations preferred.
- APICS or related professional certification preferred.
Starting Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 annually with consideration for relevant skills and experience
