We have an immediate need for a
Senior Structural Bridge Engineer-Project Manager to join our Transportation & Infrastructure team in Oklahoma City, OK. In this role, you'll lead and manage bridge design and rehabilitation projects while providing technical oversight and guidance for the analysis, design, and inspection of highway, rail, and pedestrian bridges and related structures.

What You'll Do- Serve as a key leader within the Bridge Practice in our Oklahoma City office.
- Manage bridge design and bridge rehabilitation projects from planning through delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop structural staff supporting transportation projects.
- Provide (and oversee) structural analysis, design, and inspection for bridges and related structures.
- Serve as Project Manager and/or Bridge Design Task Lead, as needed.
- Support business development by contributing to technical proposals and participating in client interviews.
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, mentoring, and motivating junior staff.
- Partners with managers, project engineers, and discipline leads to developing budgets, schedules, and delivery plans.
What You Bring- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive structural/bridge design experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Oklahoma (or ability to obtain).
- Proven project management skills, including planning and coordinating work to meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and teams.

Compensation Range:
$140,810.99 - $160,926.84
