Overview
Primary responsibility for partnering with regional clients to provide account management and grow business within defined account base.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow an assigned book of business through effective account management, relationship building, and strategic planning.
- Sell and negotiate s products and services to maximize customer value and revenue opportunities.
- Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies that align with regional and company growth objectives.
- Monitor, evaluate, and pursue account expansion and upselling opportunities within existing customer relationships.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through targeted sales and marketing plans and proactive account management.
- Collaborate with leadership and operational partners to address complex customer concerns and deliver effective solutions.
- Schedule and conduct regular customer visits to strengthen partnerships, assess satisfaction, and support renewal and retention strategies.
- Match services and solutions to customer needs by leveraging a deep understanding of customer operations, industry trends, competitive offerings, and pricing strategies.
- Influence and collaborate with local operations teams to ensure successful execution of customer commitments and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer, pipeline, and activity data within CRM systems, including contact information, appointments, follow-ups, and account notes.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills while serving as a trusted advisor to customers.

What we're looking for
Required Education & Experience:• Bachelor's degree in a related field; or 7-10 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Large account business-to-business sales in the service industry
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and understand general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, financial reports, legal documents, or governmental regulations
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
• Proven ability to effectively present information to management and groups of employees
• Ability to work with a variety of mathematical concepts
• High-level ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• High-level ability to interpret a variety of instructions
• Strong Microsoft Office skills

Minimum SalaryUSD $95,000.00/Yr.
Maximum SalaryUSD $100,000.00/Hr.
