Job Description
Lead business analysis initiatives utilizing UML diagrams to model and visualize business processes and system interactions Leverage M365 Suites of Products to enhance collaboration documentation and communication across teams Apply Design Thinking methodologies to drive innovation problemsolving and structured ideation workshops Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather analyze and document comprehensive business requirements Develop business cases process models and solution designs to support organizational goals and digital transformation Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of solutions with business needs Support change management efforts by effectively communicating with stakeholders and providing training on new processes and tools Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards
Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
Design and facilitate Design Thinking and Ideation Workshops to foster creativity stakeholder engagement and solution innovation
Analyze existing business processes using UML diagrams and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Drive the adoption and optimal use of M365 Suites of Products across business units to improve operational workflows
Collaborate closely with project managers developers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions
Mentor and guide junior business analysts on best practices in business analysis UML modeling and workshop facilitation
Prepare and present status reports dashboards and presentations to senior management and stakeholders
Identify and manage risks assumptions constraints and dependencies related to business analysis activities
