We're looking for an experienced
Senior Solution Architect to provide strategic and solution architecture leadership across a large-scale digital transformation program.
Role and ResponsibilitiesThis role will work across
enterprise, business, application, and solution architecture layers, supporting digital services, foundational capabilities, integrations, interoperability, governance, and executive stakeholder engagement.
Your key deliverables will include:
- Architecture assessments and recommendations
- Solution architecture documentation
- Integration and interoperability designs
- Technical roadmaps and governance materials
- Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and supporting documentation
Who You AreYou're a seasoned solution architect who has spent your career making sense of complexity - turning tangled integration landscapes, competing stakeholder priorities, and large-scale transformation programs into governed and deliverable architecture. You bring both the strategic perspective to engage at the executive level and the technical depth to guide engineering teams through microservices design, containerization, and full stack delivery.
Must-Have Qualifications- 10+ years of recent experience providing enterprise, solution, or application architecture services
- 5+ years supporting large-scale digital service transformation initiatives
- Strong experience designing integration and interoperability solutions across multiple business systems
- Experience overseeing full stack development projects using React/Angular, Node.JS/Python on public/private cloud environments
- Experience in architecting microservices-based solutions and/or containerization techniques using Kubernetes/OpenShift
- Experience working within complex public sector environments
- Strong understanding of architecture governance, standards, and technical decision-making
Preferred Experience- Experience working on large-scale government digital services programs
- Familiarity with identity and authentication architecture, technologies, and industry standards
- Previously delivered initiatives involving complex business, process, and policy requirements
- Previously delivered technical solutions with multiple integrations across internal and external systems
- Familiarity with government and/or enterprise architecture standards and practices
- Azure Cloud experience
- ETL / data pipeline experience, preferably using Prefect
