What you'll do...

Role summary:
The Senior Software Engineer will lead the delivery of scoped features and models through collaborative teams, ensuring alignment with platform and business objectives. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and AI/ML integration. The position requires strong technical judgment, continuous improvement, and proactive problem-solving to meet user needs and quality standards. The engineer will engage with stakeholders, support peer development, and drive innovation while maintaining operational excellence and adhering to company values and ethical standards.

What you'll do:
  • Own delivery of scoped features and models through collaborative engineering teams, ensuring alignment with platform and system objectives.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reliable code using languages such as Java, JavaScript, and Python, driving full SDLC including CI/CD and automated testing.
  • Integrate AI and ML components to enhance software intelligence and leverage GenAI tools to improve development efficiency.
  • Conduct code reviews, debugging, and defect management to maintain high-quality software.
  • Participate in solution design, evaluating trade-offs and ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and measurable outcomes.
  • Monitor application performance and support continuous improvement through proactive testing and observability.

Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00

Sunnyvale, California US-11658: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
