Job Description:
The Senior Security Architect serves as one of the lead technical architects for strategic Security Operations & Threat Response initiatives and is responsible for defining future-state architecture, driving technology modernization, and ensuring integration across security platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Define target-state architecture and long-term security strategy.
- Develop architecture standards, integration patterns, and roadmaps.
- Drive alignment across detection, investigation, automation, and threat intelligence capabilities.
- Lead architecture governance and technical reviews.
- Design secure integrations across cybersecurity and cloud platforms.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-driven security operations.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of cybersecurity, security engineering, or enterprise architecture experience.
- 5+ years designing or leading Security Operations technologies.
- Deep expertise in SIEM, SOAR, Threat Intelligence, ServiceNow, Detection Engineering, or Incident Response technologies.
- Strong cloud security architecture experience with AWS and Azure.
- Experience designing API-driven integrations and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and security controls.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in a large financial institution or highly regulated environment.
- Experience supporting SOC, Threat Management, Detection Engineering, or Incident Response teams.
- Knowledge of AI-driven security operations and response automation.
- Experience with threat intelligence, attack simulation, and exposure management.
- CISSP, CCSP, SABSA, TOGAF, AWS Security Specialty, or Azure Security Engineer certifications.

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$140,500.00 - $205,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
