We are seeking a Senior Scientist, Large Molecule Bioanalytical to join IQVIA Laboratories in Indiana.

Job Summary:

Organize, curate, and scientifically evaluate large molecule, new modality, and biomarker LC/MS data generated in early drug discovery ADME studies. Ensure that complex datasets are accurate, consistent, traceable, and translated into actionable insights that support compound profiling, lead optimization, and data-driven program decisions.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Manage and curate LC/MS datasets from non-regulatory ADME bioanalysis studies supporting exploratory and pilot toxicology in vivo PK/PD studies
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and traceability of data from raw LC/MS outputs through processed results and internal reports
  • Perform scientific quality-control reviews to identify outliers, errors, and analytical or method-related artifacts
  • Evaluate ADME parameters across compounds, projects, and assay formats to support structure-activity and structure-property relationships
  • Collaborate with DMPK, analytical, informatics, and project teams to interpret data and improve pipelines, automation, visualization tools, and analytical efficiency
  • Coordinate internal and external CRO data contributions while maintaining alignment among study designs, metadata, analytical methods, and final outputs
  • Prepare clear summaries, tables, figures, dashboards, and integrated discovery data packages to support compound progression and portfolio decisions
  • Establish standardized data formats, naming conventions, metadata practices, and reproducible workflows for downstream analysis and knowledge sharing
What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in analytical chemistry, pharmacokinetics, pharmaceutical sciences, biochemistry, or a related scientific field
  • 3-7+ years of experience working with LC/MS data in discovery stage ADME or DMPK settings
  • Strong understanding of LC/MS workflows, quantitative data analysis, and common discovery ADME assays
  • Experience evaluating data quality and identifying analytical, method-related, and data-processing artifacts
  • Familiarity with high-resolution mass spectrometry bioanalytical data and workflows for large molecules, new drug modalities, or biomarkers
  • Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex scientific datasets into clear, actionable insights
  • Scientific rigor, attention to detail, and a strong data-integrity mindset when managing complex datasets
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration with bioanalytical scientists, DMPK teams, project coordinators, study directors, CROs, informatics teams, and IT partners
  • Ability to communicate data assumptions, limitations, trends, inconsistencies, and conclusions clearly to scientific stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to establish standardized, reproducible data-management practices
  • Knowledge of bioanalytical workflows for modalities such as oligonucleotides, proteins, peptides, antibody-drug conjugates, ionizable lipids in lipid nanoparticles, and amino acids
