Summary:
The Senior Reimbursement Analyst - MHMG role is responsible for completing specific assigned responsibilities as it relates to the projection of and reporting on payor reimbursement, the monitoring of payor performance, and other ad hoc reporting and analysis. Assists in the completion of month end accounts receivable analysis and yearly contractual allowance budgeting.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, Statistics or related field required.
- License/Certifications: N/A
- Experience: Five years of directly related experience required. Experience with medical billing, contract management and claims payment validation systems required.
- Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
- Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of provider reimbursement methodologies including, but not limited to, RVRVS, DRGs, Per Diems, Case Rates, APS and OPPS.
Additional Information The pay range for this position is $77,147.20 to $104,353.60 per year.
Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
