General Information

Job Title: Senior Recruiter

Primary Job Location: Toronto, ON, Canada

Location Flexibility: Hybrid, Toronto based (3 days per week)

Employment Type (Permanent/Contract/Part-time/Intern): Permanent, Full-Time

Hiring Timeline (Hiring month): Immediate

Reporting Line: Talent Acquisition Lead

Existing Vacancy: Yes

Application Deadline: Open until filled

Role Overview:

You will own the hiring that powers the delivery side of a supply chain tech company operating at the top of its field. Fulfillment IQ is Manhattan Associates' sole Gold consulting partner, and your job is to hire the people who deliver those implementations: the Manhattan Active WM solution architects, the WMS and OMS implementation consultants, the supply chain experts and analysts, and the managers who run those programs.

This is not a pipeline-coordination seat. You own searches end to end, you are the person a practice leader trusts to tell them the truth about a tight specialist market, and on a small team your work is visible from day one.

What You'll Do:
  • Own senior and niche searches end to end across implementations and supply chain consulting, the roles that are genuinely hard to fill.
  • Verify real configuration and delivery depth yourself, so a practice leader sees signal instead of a confident talker with a good resume.
  • Diagnose a stalled search from the funnel data and change the approach, instead of just sending more resumes.
  • Partner with the leaders of our implementations and consulting practices: challenge the brief, push back with market reality, and hold the bar.
  • Own the full stack of the work, including the unglamorous parts. Scheduling, ATS hygiene, vendor coordination, and client-facing resume formatting are yours too. We are a small but mighty team, and that is our DNA, so we expect you to lean hard on AI to move fast through the low-value work and spend your judgment where it actually counts.

The Honest Version of the Hard Parts:
  • The market is tight and specialist. The best WMS and implementations people are employed and not looking, so this is sourcing and selling, not posting and waiting.
  • The bar is high and the team is lean. You will inherit searches that are already stuck and be expected to fix them.
  • You will wear several hats. If you want a narrow, hand-you-the-req seat, this is not it. If you want ownership, it is.

Where This Goes:

Think chessboard, not ladder. Strong people here move up, but they also move across, into other parts of the People team, into projects, into shaping something they care about. Tell us what you want to build and we will help you get there.

How We'll Interview You:

Fast and structured, the way we would want to be interviewed.
  • Intro conversation: a short call to swap context and make sure the basics line up.
  • Culture add: a conversation about how you work and whether we make each other better.
  • Technical: a live working session on a real FIQ search, how you would diagnose it, source it, screen for depth, and advise the hiring manager.
  • Final, the airport test: if we were stuck together for six hours waiting on a delayed flight, would we swap numbers and stay in touch by the end? That, plus a real conversation about where this role can take you.

What You Need to Have:
  • 7 to 10 years of full-cycle recruiting in consulting, professional services, supply chain, or enterprise technology, including genuinely hard searches (solution architects, implementation consultants, senior delivery talent).
  • The ability to tell real configuration and delivery depth from a polished resume and a confident talker, before the hiring manager has to.
  • Sourcing and selling in a tight specialist market where the best people are employed and not looking.
  • Fluency with funnel data: you can see why a search is stuck and act on it.
  • The judgment and spine to challenge a practice leader's brief with market reality and hold the line when it is easier not to.
  • Nice to have: exposure to the WMS, OMS, or enterprise supply chain platform ecosystem (Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, Deposco, SAP), consulting or systems-integration recruiting, and experience mentoring recruiters.

Why You Will Love Working Here:

Real ownership on a team small enough that your judgment shapes how we hire. You will build the playbooks, not inherit someone else's. We move fast, we automate the busywork, and we back people who take initiative.

Compensation and Benefits:

FIQ posts good-faith pay ranges. The base salary range below reflects experience, location, and internal equity.
