Teledyne Digital Imaging is a subsidiary of Teledyne Technologies Inc., a U.S. publicly listed enterprise, and specializes in the manufacture, design, research and development of high-performance CMOS and CCD image sensors and modular expandable cameras. Teledyne Digital Imaging's products are used worldwide in machine vision, document scanning, image capture, surveillance, process monitoring, manufacturing inspection, medical imaging, and multimedia.

As part of our continuing growth in this high technology market, Teledyne Digital Imaging is recruiting for a SeniorProject Manager in Waterloo !

What You Will Do:
  • Plan and launch new product development projects
  • Build and manage cross-functional teams across multiple sites
  • Track progress and report to senior management
  • Identify and resolve resource conflicts and risks
  • Manage scope changes and ensure business objectives are met
  • Support product deployment and early-life performance
  • Conduct project-specific performance reviews
  • Contribute to capacity planning, technology roadmaps, and process improvements
  • Prepare and lead NPI (New Product Introduction) transitions


What You Need:
  • A minimum of 7 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree
  • Required: Engineering degree or equivalent experience in imaging hardware/software
  • Required: Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Required: 2+ years in product development under structured project management
  • Required: PMP designation and knowledge of PMBOK
  • Required: Experience with Microsoft Project and project management tools
  • Advantage: Knowledge of SAP, NPI processes, and OEM business development
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Willingness to travel for customer and vendor support
