Senior Project Manager - NAM & EMEA

The Role
You'll run a portfolio of enterprise client projects across the Adobe and Salesforce ecosystems, taking each one from pitch to plan to delivery. On any given week you'll have several projects live at once, from platform upgrades to full implementations, each with its own technical team and its own client executives. You sit at the center of it: the person our consultants, partner vendors and client leadership all look to for a straight answer on status, risk and what happens next. You also own the numbers, keeping every project on budget and on margin. Clients judge BPX on whether projects land on time and on budget, which makes this role central to how they see us. Internally, this position maps to our Project Manager role within our global structure.
What you'll do
- Lead concurrent projects across Adobe and Salesforce, from platform upgrades to full enterprise implementations.
- Direct technical teams of consultants and platform specialists deploying front-office solutions inside complex client environments.
- Keep clients confident through clear status reporting and honest risk conversations with executive stakeholders.
- Hold every project to margin, managing budget, resourcing and revenue reporting against target.
- Report the financials accurately for implementation projects and retained services engagements alike.
- Run delivery in Kantata and Jira, tracking project health and resource allocation, with AI flagging risks earlier.
- Pick the right method for each engagement, waterfall or agile, and adjust when the project changes shape.
- You'll work with clients and colleagues across multiple regions, so some flexibility with your working hours to accommodate different time zones will be needed from time to time.
What you'll bring
- Enterprise delivery experience: 8+ years managing technology implementations for enterprise clients, ideally in a consultancy.
- Adobe or Salesforce depth, having delivered Adobe Experience Cloud or Salesforce projects and understood the technical detail.
- Multi-project control, with a track record of running several client projects at once without losing the thread.
- Commercial ownership of project budgets, margin, change requests and statements of work.
- Executive presence to lead status meetings and hard conversations about risk with senior client stakeholders.
- Waterfall and agile fluency; PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum certification is a plus.
- Delivery tooling know-how in PSA and work-tracking platforms such as Kantata and Jira.

Additional information
Anticipated base salary range: $85,000-$115,000 USD. This role does not carry commission or OTE.
