Job Type
Full-time
Description
SummaryAn Augeo Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) leads technology projects and programs from intake and scoping through execution, quality assessment, delivery, and closure. The work includes client-facing implementations and feature delivery for enterprise accounts, along with internal cross-platform projects - platform modernization, data migration, compliance - that no single engineering team can own alone.
On a given day a Sr. PM may run sprint planning with an engineering team, present portfolio status to executives, walk a client through how a change order affects scope and timeline, then analyze what that same change order does to the program's profitability.
At the portfolio level, the Sr. PM runs a set of related initiatives as one program. That means tracking interdependencies, resolving resource conflicts, and making recommendations and early risk calls that keep the program on schedule and on budget.
AI is a requirement for the Sr. PM role. Augeo's engineering and operations teams all work AI-natively, and Sr. PMs are expected to use LLM tooling for status reporting and forecasting, question what the AI produces rather than take it at face value, and handle client data responsibly. The role rewards people who are naturally curious, analytically sharp, good with people, and who set the bar for how the rest of the Project Management Office (PMO) operates.
Who You AreAn innovator who brings ideas to the table, works hard, tells their story, and has a proactive mindset. Someone who is a genuine collaborator who contributes to the team and helps accomplish amazing things in a high-energy and dynamic environment. Be curious, keep learning, keep implementing, and iterate.
