About the Role:

The Senior Project Engineer plays a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the successful execution of complex construction projects from inception through completion. This position requires a deep understanding of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and construction processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Senior Project Engineer will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to coordinate technical aspects and resolve challenges proactively. They are responsible for maintaining compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and contractual obligations while optimizing resource allocation and workflow efficiency. Ultimately, this role ensures that all engineering deliverables align with project goals and contribute to the overall success and reputation of the organization within the construction industry.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification recognized in the United States.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction project engineering or management.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
