Full Job Description
Aptar Digital Health is seeking a Senior Program Lead - Strategic Pharma Partnerships based in New York City. This role is hybrid with availability for frequent on-site presence at client offices in New York and from time-to-time presence in Aptar Digital Health office in Boston. This role's primary focus is to partner with a leading global pharmaceutical company on MigraineBuddy (MB), the world's #1 migraine management app with 1.3 million registered U.S. users and 800 million+ behavioral data points. This role is the operational nerve center of this program. This person owns end-to-end delivery across all workstreams, serves as the primary point of accountability toward our pharmaceutical partner, and connects the execution team to executive leadership on both sides. It is a high-visibility, high-trust role that requires equal comfort in a delivery standup and a client executive steering committee.

As a Senior Program Lead - Strategic Pharma Partnerships, you will be responsible for:
  • Program Delivery - Own and lead the end-to-end program delivery strategy across all workstreams, ensuring successful execution from discovery through launch and ongoing operations, meeting contractual commitments, proactively managing risks, and leveraging the Program Manager to oversee day-to-day execution while maintaining overall accountability for partner success and strategic direction
  • Partner Relationship Management - Serve as the primary operational liaison for the client, building strong executive and working-level relationships through frequent engagement, leading partner communications and steering committee interactions, anticipating client needs, preparing strategic positions for key discussions, and collaborating closely with the Program Manager and Alliance Manager to ensure alignment, representation, and successful partnership outcomes.
  • Partner Relationship Management - Serve as the primary operational and executive liaison for the client, building strong relationships through frequent engagement, leading partner communications and governance activities, collaborating closely with the Program Manager and Alliance Manager, and proactively anticipating client needs while guiding strategic and commercial discussions.
  • Partner Relationship Management - Lead and strengthen the client partnership by serving as the primary operational and executive point of contact, fostering strong relationships through regular engagement, guiding strategic and commercial discussions, and ensuring effective communication and alignment between the client and ADH leadership teams.
  • Governance & Compliance - Lead governance, compliance, and performance oversight by ensuring regulatory alignment, managing program changes through established governance processes, monitoring KPIs and executive reporting, and maintaining coordination across internal and external stakeholders to support partnership objectives and business priorities.
  • Commercial Stewardship - Provide commercial oversight of the partnership by managing delivery within budget and scope, supporting growth opportunities and new business initiatives, and ensuring performance commitments are met to protect and strengthen ADH's revenue position


Who we are Looking For
  • A seasoned pharmaceutical program leader with extensive experience managing complex, cross-functional digital health or commercial programs, who excels at building executive-level client relationships, driving operational excellence, navigating regulated healthcare environments, and leading high-performing global teams.
  • This individual is equally comfortable discussing strategy with pharmaceutical executives as they are leading day-to-day program execution, with a proven ability to deliver results, manage risk, influence stakeholders, and grow strategic partnerships.


Education
  • Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Public Health, Marketing, Project/Program Management, or a related field


Required Skills
  • 8+ years in program or project management, with at least 5 years leading complex digital health or pharma partnerships.
  • Proven track record delivering multi-workstream digital products in regulated or compliance-heavy environments.
  • Direct experience working with pharmaceutical clients - solid grasp of MLR processes, HCP engagement norms, and pharma commercial workflows.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management : you have run steering committees, navigated executive escalations, and held firm on scope with senior client contacts.

Preferred Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with patient-facing digital health apps, consumer health platforms, or digital therapeutics.
  • Familiarity with prior authorization workflows or patient support programs.
  • Background in migraine, neurology, or specialty therapeutics.
  • Experience managing agency and vendor relationships in a pharma or health tech context.


Travel Requirements:
  • Avalable to travel frequently to be an on-site presence at client offices in New York and from time-to-time presence in Aptar Digital Health office in Boston.
