Job DescriptionThe impact you will have- Own the Narrative: Define the positioning for ClaimCenter, from the category-level story of claims transformation down to the technical proof points that survive a rigorous review by Heads of Claims Operations and IT leadership
- Business Outcome Conversations: Translate the underpinnings of our SaaS architecture and claims logic into business-outcome conversations that resonate with executive leadership at insurers worldwide
- High-Impact Content: Build technical content and sales enablement that holds up with an expert audience and that field teams actually use
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Create a GTM plan that earns the attention of claims system buyers and converts it into pipeline and platform adoption
- Industry Leadership: Deliver keynotes at industry conferences and lead deep-dive workshops with customers alongside solution consulting and product management
- Product Partnership: Partner deeply with product and engineering as a peer to bring new claims innovations, AI-driven features, and partner integrations to market
- Market Intelligence: Keep Guidewire's roadmap and story ahead of the market by tracking Insurtech trends and technology advancements, market and business trends, and feeding that intelligence back to product and the field
- Customer Advocacy: Earn customer trust and turn their performance results into stories that demonstrate measurable business value and ROI
What we look for- 7+ years of technical GTM experience: A proven track record in product marketing, solution engineering, or product management at an enterprise software company, specifically marketing complex core systems or FinTech/Insurtech solutions
- Insurtech or Hyperscaler Background: Experience within the Insurtech ecosystem or at a horizontal hyperscaler or SaaS provider with a dedicated focus on Financial Services, especially P&C insurance
- Deep Domain Expertise: A solid grasp of the claims lifecycle, including FNOL, adjudication, subrogation, and litigation, coupled with an understanding of how modern cloud architecture and AI improves loss ratios and operational efficiency
- Messaging Excellence: The ability to synthesize technical information across automation, AI, and complex workflows, turning it into clear messaging for both technical and business audiences
- Persuasive Communication: Strong writing and presentation skills are a must. You take dense technical input and shape it into messaging, content, and stories that are clear, sharp, and built to persuade at volume
- Willingness to travel: up to 25% of the time
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000 - $229,000. Your base pay will depend on your experience, skills, education, training, and location among other factors. All full-time positions or part-time roles working 30 hours or more a week at Guidewire are eligible for benefits that support their health and well-being including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a company sponsored retirement plan. In addition, some roles may be eligible for the annual company bonus plan, commissions, and/or long term incentive awards which are contingent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, company and employee performance.
