Full Job Description
Senior Product Manager, Trust & Safety

What you'd actually work on
  • Owning multiple related products or surfaces end to end, from problem framing through launch and adoption, holding a clear view of the customer, business, and product outcomes for each.
  • Running discovery with customers, prospects, and the teams closest to them, turning what you learn into product direction that scales across the customer base.
  • Shaping the roadmap: translating company strategy into a concrete plan, and making the real calls about where AI agents, platform investments, quality, and customer needs sit relative to each other.
  • Writing the requirements and decision documents that let Design and Engineering move fast and with confidence: the what, the why, the success measures, the scope, and the edge cases.
  • Partnering deeply with Design and Engineering through delivery, resolving ambiguity quickly, pressure-testing scope, reviewing work in progress, and owning final product sign-off.
  • Communicating with clarity across the company, so everyone knows what's shipping, why, and what customer outcome it's meant to achieve.
What we're looking for
  • 5+ years in product management, including time in a Senior or Staff-titled role owning complex products end to end, from discovery through measurable customer or business outcomes.
  • Experience building B2B or enterprise SaaS with real depth: complex workflows, multiple personas, and heavy configuration. Our product is technically deep, but many of our users are domain experts rather than technical ones, so you know how to make powerful software feel simple and keep the interface approachable for technical and non-technical users alike.
  • Strong customer discovery skills. You can sit with a customer, find the real problem underneath what they're asking for, and turn it into product direction that scales.
  • Excellent prioritization. You can make and explain hard tradeoffs across strategic bets, customer commitments, quality, platform work, and near-term revenue.
  • Technical fluency. You reason about systems, data, APIs, AI behavior, and implementation tradeoffs with engineers as a credible partner.
  • Excellent writing and communication. Concise requirements and decision docs, clear updates, and the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A track record of shipping in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, where you create clarity instead of waiting for a finished playbook.
  • Strong systems thinking. You anticipate edge cases, downstream effects, product debt, and how a decision in one surface ripples across the platform.
  • High ownership and low ego. You seek evidence, invite critique, change your mind when warranted, and disagree directly and constructively when it matters.
  • Experience navigating the tension between Design, Engineering, executives, GTM, and customer-facing teams, aligning competing priorities into a single product direction.
Nice to have
  • Experience building AI- or ML-powered products, especially where quality, evaluation, observability, human oversight, or model behavior matter.
  • Experience with workflow products, data platforms, developer tools, operations software, or other information-dense products where power users need to move fast and make changes on the fly.
  • Comfort with and empathy for Trust & Safety, integrity, fraud, risk, compliance, or adjacent high-stakes use cases.
  • Experience evolving a mature platform product while launching new product lines alongside it.
  • Experience at an early-stage or scaling company where PMs owned broad surfaces and helped establish lightweight product practices.
  • A perspective that broadens how we think about product, rather than reproducing the same background across the team.
Location & Benefits

We're based in NYC and would relocate the right person for this role. We believe in working together in person and hold at least two all-company events per year. We offer health, vision & dental benefits, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, fully paid commuter benefits, and a fully stocked office with paid lunch and dinner.
