A day in the life
Your day might start with a couple of calls with a startup, then large international Enterprise customer who you have selected to interview about pain points in a feature area you're researching. You have a loosely-held hypothesis, but you want to deeply understand the customers' use cases and unique challenges. You then meet with the Director of Engineering to discuss product roadmap and resource allocation. Mid-morning, you collaborate with product marketing and business development on go-to-market strategies. After lunch, you have blocked off a couple hours to analyze product usage data to confirm/disconfirm one of your hypotheses and work on the PR/FAQ for the feature. Your day ends with preparation for a strategy meeting with our VP on how we grow the business, then you trot off to happy hour with some of your PM colleagues.
