The primary work location for this role is Berwyn with a hybrid work model.

The Team You'll Join

You'll join a product management team that is focused on building and advancing AI-enabled solutions within the servicing domain, including Service Request AI initiatives. This is a highly collaborative, fast-moving team that partners closely with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to deliver intelligent capabilities that improve how services are developed, managed, and scaled. As part of this team, you'll work on net-new, approved product efforts, help shape product strategy from early concept through execution, and contribute to innovative AI use cases that drive meaningful impact for the business and its clients.

How You'll Contribute

Contributes to the development and execution of product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Envestnet technology solutions. Partners with internal stakeholders and clients gather requirements, translating business needs into clear product enhancements and priorities. Collaborates closely with engineering, design, compliance, and business teams to help ensure products are scalable, secure, and aligned with company and regulatory standards.

Evaluates market trends, competitive offerings, customer feedback, and product performance metrics to support decision-making and continuous product improvement.
• Provides Product Management support for broader and more complex products and features within an assigned product area or client base.
• Partners with UX / UI, marketing and other research teams, client and business stakeholders observe and solicit feedback from consumers and clients.
• Manages more complex aspects of existing products / product lines within stable markets.
• Engages with cross-functional stakeholders and business partners, to ensure product vision addresses:

o Marketplace access
o Format
o Key features and functionality requirements
o Service and support requirements
o Key accounts and prospects
• Evaluates client / market / financial data, identifies emerging patterns, trends and problems and recommends strategies and approaches for resolution.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to evaluate opportunities with a promise of positive product / product line impact.
• Recommends and helps implement Product Management process improvement initiatives.
• Helps shape AI-enabled servicing product strategy aligned to UMP platform objectives, advisor experience priorities, and enterprise AI principles.
• Identifies and prioritizes high-impact servicing AI use cases, including intelligent intake, case routing, summarization, next-best action, automation, and conversational assistance.
• Owns the product lifecycle for AI-enabled servicing capabilities from discovery and experimentation through delivery, measurement, and continuous optimization.
• Partners with advisors, operations, and home office stakeholders to design AI solutions that augment human workflows and improve resolution speed, quality, and trust.
• Partners with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Data Governance, and go-to-market stakeholders to support responsible AI usage, adoption, and success metrics.

What You'll Need to Bring
• Candidates should demonstrate the relevant experience, skills, and capabilities needed to successfully perform in the role. Relevant experience may be gained through current responsibilities, prior roles, project work, leadership opportunities, or other comparable experiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Product management experience, including delivery of complex, enterprise grade software platforms
• Proven ability to lead ambiguous, cross functional initiatives with high ownership and accountability
• Strong experience translating user workflows and operational challenges into scalable product solutions
• Excellent communication skills-verbal, written, and presentation-with the ability to articulate strategy and value to executive, technical, and client audiences
• Highly organized and detail oriented, with strong execution discipline
• Willingness to travel to engage with clients and internal stakeholders as needed

Nice-to-Haves
• Experience building or product managing AI enabled or data driven products, particularly in workflow automation or decision support
• Experience in financial technology, wealth management, or regulated enterprise platforms
• Familiarity with servicing, operations, or middle office workflows in an advisor or asset management context
• Strong understanding of responsible AI principles, including explainability, controls, and human in the loop design
• Ability to balance innovation with compliance, scale, and operational realities
• Strong product storytelling skills and a passion for driving adoption of new capabilities
