Full Job Description
The Role

As Senior Mobile Product Manager, you'll own the strategy and roadmap for Linktree's native iOS and Android apps - the experience tens of millions of creators and businesses use to manage their digital presence on the go. You'll move mobile beyond feature parity with web and grow its contribution to the business.

As a member of the Product team, you'll work hand-in-hand with the mobile designer and engineering team to develop a mobile strategy outside of performance and feature-parity work - accelerating mobile's contribution to the 2026 financial model through thoughtful, mobile-native product bets.

Most of all, you'll help Linktree achieve our mission: to empower anyone to curate, grow, and monetize their digital universe - making sure the mobile experience is one creators love to come back to.

What You'll Own

  • Own the strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for Linktree's native mobile apps (iOS and Android).
  • Define the mobile metrics that matter and hold the team accountable to moving them.
  • Partner closely with the mobile designer and engineering team to ship high-quality, mobile-native experiences.
  • Run an experimentation cadence - forming hypotheses, designing tests, and turning results into shipped improvements.
  • Translate user research and behavioural data into a prioritised, defensible mobile roadmap.
  • Develop a mobile strategy beyond feature parity that grows mobile's contribution to the business.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and adjacent teams to align on mobile priorities.

Who We're Looking For

  • 4-5+ years of product management experience, including hands-on ownership of native mobile (iOS/Android) products.
  • A track record of shipping mobile features that moved meaningful business or engagement metrics.
  • Strong data fluency - comfortable with funnels, cohort analysis and A/B testing, and able to separate signal from noise.
  • Deep user empathy and the ability to translate research and behaviour into a prioritised mobile roadmap.
  • You partner effectively with engineering, design, data and marketing, and influence without formal authority.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and use build-measure-learn cycles to ship and iterate.
  • You can work from our Los Angeles or San Francisco office on a hybrid basis.

Linktree is committed to providing a fair and competitive compensation package including cash, equity, and benefits. The base salary offered for this role is targeted at $180,000 - $210,000 for roles based in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Final offers depend on multiple factors including location, experience, expertise, and role scope, and may vary from the range listed.

P.S. If you don't tick every box in this listing, please don't rule yourself out. We take pride in inclusion and hiring incredible human beings with great potential over ticking boxes - so if this role resonates with you, hit that apply button!
