In January 2026, we acquired MCP Manager - a governance platform for the Model Context Protocol - and brought it into our product portfolio as a new product line at the intersection of AI and data privacy. This role owns that product.
The roleYou will be the Senior Product Manager for MCP Manager by Usercentrics, our solution for controlling and centralizing AI's access to systems and data. This is a high-impact position: the product is new to Usercentrics, the market is moving fast, and you will define how it grows. You will work directly with engineering and design to ship, with GTM teams to launch, and with customers to understand where the product needs to go next.
Within 3 months, you will have a clear grasp of the existing product, established working relationships with engineering and design, and shipped at least a handful of meaningful improvements.
Within 12 months, you will own the product roadmap end-to-end, have embedded MCP Manager into Usercentrics' broader product ecosystem, and be the internal and external authority on what this product does and where it's headed.
Your tasks: - Owning the product roadmap for MCP Manager - from prioritization through to delivery
- Collecting, analyzing, and acting on customer feedback and usage data
- Writing and maintaining product requirements documentation
- Collaborating daily with engineering and design teams
- Supporting go-to-market launches in partnership with Marketing and Customer Success
- Connecting product decisions to Usercentrics' privacy strategy and business goals
- Representing the product externally - with customers, partners, and at events
Requirements- 5+ years of product management experience; experience in B2B SaaS is a plus
- Technical fluency - you don't need to write code daily, but you can work closely as a peer with engineers
- Rigorous quantitative analytical skills - you can approach large sets of data and derive evidence-backed conclusions
- Strong written communication - your PRDs are clear, your reasoning is traceable
- Customer empathy backed by data - you start with user needs and build the business case from there
- Process discipline - you can manage a backlog, run a sprint, and keep stakeholders aligned without constant hand-holding
- AI fluency - you understand AI's role in business and can apply that knowledge to product or business decisions
- MCP understanding - you have prior experience with or demonstrable understanding of the Model Context Protocol (MCP)

The annual base salary range for this position is outlined below. Compensation within this range is determined based on a variety of factors, including geographic location, role-specific skills, relevant experience, and internal equity.

Salary Range: $175,000 - $185,000 annually
