About the team The Lead Ads Product team sits within the Global Monetization Product organization and is responsible for building high-performing advertising solutions tailored to lead generation advertisers. Our vision is to become the leading platform for businesses to discover, acquire, and manage high-intent users seamlessly. We aim to achieve this by developing industry-leading advertiser-facing experiences that address the unique needs of key lead generation verticals (such as Automotive, Financial Services, Professional Services, etc) and bridging the gap between ad creation and down-funnel lead management. Responsibilities: - Lead the development and optimization of features within TikTok Ads Manager, focusing on improving the lead ads creation workflow, user journey, and downstream lead management processes. - Deep dive into key Lead Generation verticals to generate professional insights, identify unique advertiser challenges, and translate them into innovative product strategies. - Design and enhance frontend lead management capabilities, such as native Lead Centers, CRM integrations, and seamless lead routing experiences to improve advertiser ROI and operational efficiency. - Be highly data-driven: Track and analyze key product metrics, conduct A/B testing, and leverage customer feedback to inform product decisions and drive iterative improvements. - Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Data Science, Product Marketing, and Sales to define product roadmaps and set objectives that align with the needs of performance advertisers. - Stay up-to-date with lead generation trends, CRM tech ecosystem, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to keep the platform at the forefront of advertising solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - BA/BS degree or above. - 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, managing full product lifecycles, integrating customer feedback, and driving prioritization. - 5+ years of experience building and launching ad interfaces, performance ads platforms, or enterprise-facing SaaS products. - Strong knowledge of the online advertising ecosystem, specifically focused on lead generation, conversion optimization, and bidding strategies. - Exceptional data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills; proven ability to use data to guide product decisions and uncover growth opportunities. - Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and business teams in a fast-paced environment. - Fluency in both English and Mandarin required: the role involves frequent communication with global teams, clients and stakeholders in English - speaking regions as well as Chinese- speaking markets. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively engage with Chinese- speaking partners, understand cultural nuances, and navigate business transactions in key markets, ensuring smooth cross- cultural collaboration and market expansion. Preferred Qualifications: - Deep domain expertise and professional insights into key lead generation industries (e.g., Automotive, Financial Services, Real Estate, Education). - Proven track record of designing and launching front-end business products, such as CRM systems, Lead Management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), or specialized native Lead Center tools. - Experience in fast-paced environments, particularly within global tech companies or rapidly evolving industries.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $185600 - $396000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
