About the role
Cyngn is expanding its Product Management organization and is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of Cyngn Insight and Fleet Management, the company's core software platform for operating, monitoring, and scaling autonomous vehicle fleets in production environments.
This role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle for Cyngn's customer-facing autonomy platform-covering fleet operations, telemetry, analytics, safety monitoring, workflow orchestration, and enterprise integrations. Cyngn Insight is central to how customers deploy, operate, and extract value from autonomous vehicles at scale.
You will be the senior product owner responsible for defining what operational excellence looks like for autonomy in real-world industrial settings-and ensuring the platform delivers it. This role sits at the intersection of autonomy software, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise operations, requiring strong systems thinking, customer empathy, and cross-functional leadership.

Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success on go-to-market strategy, customer onboarding, and long-term account success.
Define, track, and communicate success metrics (KPIs) for fleet performance and platform adoption, including utilization, uptime, incident response, and customer value realization.
Engage directly with customers and strategic partners to validate product direction and ensure alignment with real-world operational needs.Serve as a product leader within the organization-modeling clear communication, strong ownership, and a data-driven, collaborative product culture.
