Full Job Description
The Opportunity

International Strategy and Product Management (ISPM) is responsible for creating exceptional product experience worldwide. We drive discovery, adoption, and growth of our Creative Cloud (CC) and Document Cloud (DC) products in new markets.

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the international expansion and adoption of DC's AI-powered agentic products and services. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, GTM, and local sales teams to drive our international product strategy. You will guide the product roadmap and prioritization, create market-ready experience, and measure impact. You will help the teams strike the right balance between scalable and local!

This is a high visibility position with responsibility for developing strategic product level recommendations that have substantial subscription unit and financial impact. As such, it provides significant professional development and excellent growth potential for the right person. As Adobe's vision for agentic workflows becomes a reality, this role requires deep customer empathy, strong market knowledge across key verticals, and the ability to uncover insights from user workflows to drive product innovation and growth.

What you'll Do
  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GenAI-powered experiences, driving measurable business outcomes across priority international markets.
  • Leverage user, product, financial, competitive, and market insights to build data-driven product strategy, prioritize investments, and secure executive alignments across key international markets.
  • Drive validation of end-to-end use cases, user journeys, and workflows to identify internationalization gaps, establish product readiness criteria, and prioritize opportunities for expansion into new markets.
  • Partner with engineering, build, marketing, GTM, sales, and regional collaborators to align priorities and drive successful product execution.
  • Define success metrics and monitor product performance to measure impact, inform decisions, and continuously optimize market outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed
  • 3-5+ years of experience in product management, software development, or management consulting.
  • Proven track record of defining product requirements and delivering successful products. Experience launching products or services from concept to 1.0.
  • Demonstrable GenAI proficiency, ongoing AI skill development, and staying current with emerging AI technologies. Experience building AI-native products or GenAI powered products is a strong plus.
  • Experience engaging directly with customers across B2C and B2B environments, building positive relationships, uncovering needs, and incorporating customer insights into product strategy and execution. Experience in user experience survey, interview, and research tools (Qualtrics, UserTesting).
  • Strategic and data-driven product problem solver who uses customer, market, product, and business insights to make informed product decisions and navigate ambiguous problem spaces.

Preferred Experience
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar area (or equivalent experience); MBA preferred.
  • Experience with LLMs and agentic systems, including timely engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool calling, and evaluation.
  • Language (Portuguese and/or Spanish) and cultural proficiency in the LATAM region is a plus!
